Eligibility of Enrollment

(1) Age criteria:

Between 17 - 25 years old. If the applicant is not 18 years old by 5/31/2013,  a guardian’s permission is required.

(2) Residency:

Must have resided in the United States for minimum 12 months. Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident or resident holding a renewable visa.

(3)  Education:           

High school graduate or higher.

(4)  Marital status:

Never married or pregnant

(5)  Descent & Gender:

Must be natural women and with 50% or more of Chinese descent

(6)  Health status:

The applicant must be in good health with no heart disease, asthma, no major surgery records and any physical defects.

The applicant must be fit enough to cope with more than four consecutive hours of training and up to 12 hours of filming and productions, physical enough to adapt to long distance travel and harsh climate.

(7)  Criminal record:

No record of any convictions

(8)  Chinese ability:

Applicant should have the basic skills in communicating in Chinese 

(9)  Identifications:

All applicants must bring two valid photo identification documents such as a valid passport, a driver’s license, a student ID card etc.,  and two or more different photographs. Additional documents may be required upon request.

Expenses and fees:

Application Fee:

$150 (non refundable), eligibility verification before interview.

Enrollment Fee:

$450 (non refundable) after preliminary selected becomes 1 of 28 semi finalist. Accepting all necessary promotion training before semi final competition.

Travel expenses:

All 14 final contestants are required to make up to $3000 (three thousand dollars) of co-payment as travel expenses, which includes air tickets, ground transportation, hotel and food, during the trip to China between 7/1/2013 through 7/15/2013.

2. 合法居留：

所有申請人都必須在美國本土連續居住12個月或以上。如非公民或永久居民，所持簽證必須可以更新到十個月以上的有效期，並可以自由出入中美兩國。

3. 學歷要求：

應屆高中畢業，或有高中以上學歷。

4. 婚姻狀況：

從未結婚，生育或懷孕。

5. 血統性別：

必須是自然女性，並具有50%或以上的華人血統。

6. 健康狀況：

無心臟病，哮喘，沒有重大手術記錄，以及沒有任何身體缺陷。有足

夠體力應付連續四小時以上的訓練和十二小時以上的影視製作，及有足夠的體格適應付長途旅行和中國氣候。

7. 犯罪記錄：

無任何被定罪的記錄。

8. 中文能力:

有基本中文表達和理解能力。

9. 合法證件：

須具備兩個有效攜照證件。如護照，駕照，學生證，工作證等，另兩張以上生活相片。如有必要,申請人須出示其他有關的證件.

有關費用：

報名費：$150.

報名費不可退還, 申請人的資格被核實後，將獲得一次面試機會，

參選費：$450.

參選費不可退還, 申請人面試獲得通過後,將成為共28名準決賽佳麗中的一員，接受晉級培訓，參加初賽.

差旅費：$3,000.

成功晉級成為總決賽佳麗後，即須繳付上限為三仟美元共付差旅費,這個費用將包括由七月一日至七月十五日中國行的所有機票，車船交通，酒店及飲食費用。
